Integrative, science-informed support
for greater calm, balance, and resilience
Grounded in psychology, public health, psychiatry, wellbeing research, and mind-body practices.
I offer integrative, science-informed support for individuals across the lifespan in cultivating resilience, self-awareness, and sustainable wellbeing through the evolving journey of living, learning and growing.

About & Approach
About me
I am an integrative wellbeing specialist supporting individuals, groups, and institutions across a wide range of life contexts - from those experiencing significant challenges to professionals navigating stress, pressure, and transition.
My professional background spans psychology, counseling psychology, mental health, public health, psychiatry with wellbeing research, workshops, and mind-body practices, with experience across schools, community, and higher education settings.
I have contributed to practice and research in areas including mental health, work-life balance, relational wellbeing, and quality of life, alongside practical wellbeing support in healthcare and public services environments.
With lived and professional experience across nine countries and a third culture background, my work is culturally aware, reflective and globally informed.
Perspective
Wellbeing is dynamic and multifaceted. It is shaped by how we relate to ourselves, others and the environments we move through.
Rather than a fixed state, wellbeing is an ongoing process of awareness, adaptation, and growth across the lifespan. It involves the capacity to respond to life with greater clarity, balance, and intention.
At its core, my work supports resilience, self-awareness, and sustainable wellbeing as part of everyday life.
Approach
My work integrates psychology, public health, psychiatry, wellbeing research and mind-body practices.
I focus on translating scientific understanding into practical, accessible strategies that support emotional regulations, behavioural change, and sustainable wellbeing.
Across contexts, I work through a structured process of:
-
clarifying goals and lived context
-
identifying patterns of stress, behaviour, and wellbeing
-
developing evidence-informed strategies
-
supporting integration into daily life

Testimonials
"Winnie has helped me significantly, not only to in getting to know and understand myself better, but also in equipping me with practical tools to empathetically tackle challenges we all face in one way or another - both towards myself and others. Above all, she is a true guiding light who has supported me during times of extreme uncertainty. Meeting and having coaching sessions with her has been a pivotal point in my life, and for that, I consider myself truly blessed and lucky"
M.
"I was transitioning into a new role as a postdoctoral researcher and struggling with setting boundaries- both personally and professionally. Winnie's approach beautifully combines systemic techniques, somatic work, and a deep psychological understanding. She doesn't just listen - she truly understands. What set her apart is her ability to connect the dots and explain things within a broader context. Through our work together, I gained a deeper understanding of myself. As the pieces started to come together, and I found more inner peace, clarity, and renewed energy to truly feel and process my experiences. What I appreciated most was the sense of being completely okay as I am. Winnie knows when to challenge and when to hold space. She creates an environment where healing and growth feel safe and supported..."

"My child truly enjoyed your classes and always looked forward to them. We really appreciate the positive and supportive atmosphere you created for the children."

A Heart Project
I have been quietly working on a heartfelt illustrated children's book over the past five years - a project inspired by themes of self-belief, imagination, perseverance, and the courage to follow one's heart.
Created from lived experience, it carries a message I felt deeply called to share with children and adults alike: that hope, growth, wonder, and possibility remain with us throughout life.
At its core, it reflects the importance of believing in oneself and taking steps toward one's dream through meaningful actions, while also recognising that the journey is not linear, and that rest, self-care, and moments of pause are an essential part of growth and wellbeing.
More details will be shared soon.
